Update on June NAC Event Capacity

With the cancellation of the parafencing events on June 4th, FP is informed by Board member Donald Alperstein that US Fencing is currently "reassessing the strip layout, venue rules, and referee availability to determine if we can increase the number of strips to accommodate more fencers."

Mr. Alperstein indicated to FP that US Fencing does not yet have a decision date on the increased event capacity, but he says that it will need to be soon.

We are keeping our fingers crossed for everyone that the current event capacity of 175 will be raised to accommodate more fencers.

FP is in touch with US Fencing and Mr. Alperstein, and we will keep you informed on progress.
